The private waterfront estate comes with so many guest houses, it’s practically a village
The 47-acre waterfront property the Angelina Jolie-Brad Pitt clan formerly employed as a holiday rental is grand enough to justify its own name — and its $55 million price tag.
Called Sassafras, the newly-listed Lloyd Beck property contains a private cove, 25 main rooms in the home residence, two guest houses, a log cabin, and a beach cabana having a complete kitchen. The Tudor Revival-style house was constructed in 1987 and clocks in 20,000 square feet.
We’ve got no idea whether the countless matches of armor now standing as decoration include the house, but you can expect.
If you become tired of being cooped up inside, you can perform a game on the tennis court, wander across the specimen gardens or workout course, or go down to the private beach and dock which could accommodate three jet skis, an 80-foot motor yacht, 24-foot sailboat, 30-foot speedboat, along with 2 pursue ships with three extra moorings. Make it any larger and your lawn may be thought of a navy.
There is also outdoor dining verandas, a pool and spa, a pub, plus a whole outdoor bath. So we’re convinced that it was enough space to amuse Pitt and Jolie’s six young ones, who dwelt in the house while Jolie was filming regions of the activity thriller Salt on Long Island at 2009.
