Live your best American life in this sunny, luxury condo.
Ira Glass, of”This American Life,” is promoting his recently gut-renovated condominium in New York’s Chelsea area after a protracted dispute with his condominium board, based on 6sqft.
The favorite radio show host and manufacturer have recorded his house for $1,750,000 with Compass Real Estate.
This is precisely the identical condominium that acquired the NPR host in an all-American suit.
His ex-wife, editor/writer Anaheed Alani, purchased the flat for $1,270,000 at 2012. Neighbors complained that Glass’ appliances leaked in to their flats, along with the condominium’s board filed a suit to access Glass’ home following the couple denied entry to the building’s landlord to deal with the infestation.
The few, who have been divorced last summer, deny the accusations. Ever since that time, Compass representative Natalie Hedden claims each one the flat’s problems are rectified. The turnkey apartment was gutted and can be fitted with new appliances and finishes.
“It is basically a brand-new flat,” Hedden said.
And it is a gorgeous new apartment in that.
